These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qnect.ai (the "Service"), provided by Qnect ("Qnect", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Qnect gives merchants an AI sales agent that operates on WhatsApp, connected to their Shopify store. The AI agent answers customer questions, recommends products from the merchant's catalogue, and can take orders and payment directly inside a WhatsApp conversation. Customers reach the agent via a QR code or shared link.
You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register, and provide accurate account and billing information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Plans and pricing are shown at qnect.ai/#pricing and may include a monthly subscription fee plus a percentage transaction fee per completed sale. Fees are billed and collected via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and are non-refundable except where required by law.
The AI agent generates automated responses based on your catalogue and configuration. While we work to keep it accurate and helpful, it may occasionally misunderstand a request or provide an imperfect answer. Human handoff is available so a customer conversation can be picked up directly by you or your team at any time. You remain responsible for orders confirmed through your store.
The Service relies on third parties including Meta / WhatsApp (messaging), Shopify (catalogue and orders), and Stripe (payments). Your use of these integrations is also subject to their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability or performance.
If you take part in our referral programme or enable charity donation matching, additional terms specific to those programmes apply and are available in the dashboard.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Once closure is confirmed, your account enters a 14-day grace period during which your AI agent is deactivated but your account can still be reinstated. After 14 days, closure becomes permanent and your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Qnect retains all rights to the Service, including its software, branding, and AI models. You retain ownership of your own store data, catalogue content, and customer relationships.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are breached, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to Qnect, other merchants, or their customers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via the dashboard before they take effect.
