1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using QNECT.AI LTD ("Qnect"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Service Description
Qnect provides an agentic AI platform ("Service") that allows Retailers and Charities ("Vendors") to connect with customers and donors via WhatsApp. We facilitate the interaction but we are not the direct seller of goods unless explicitly stated.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Service any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable of any kind.
4. WhatsApp Usage
Our service relies on the WhatsApp Business API. By using Qnect, you also agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business Terms of Service and Commerce Policy. Qnect is not affiliated with, associated with, or endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, QNECT.AI LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
