Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Subscriptions: You may cancel your vendor subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Orders: Orders for goods placed via Qnect can be cancelled before they are shipped by the Vendor. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.

2. Refunds for Goods

Qnect facilitates transactions between you and Vendors. Refund policies for specific goods are determined by the individual Vendor (Retailer). However, Qnect requires all Vendors to comply with UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • You have the right to a refund if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to do.
  • You generally have 14 days to change your mind and return an item bought online.

3. Donations

Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us immediately at support@qnect.ai.
